shop drawing detailing, material procurement, fabrication, full trial assembly in our factory, painting, container loading, and CIF shipment to the Australian port.
The total steel quantity for this project was approximately 450 tons.

Project Overview

Project Details

1. Detailed Engineering and Shop Drawing Development

After receiving the client’s 3D model, RH’s engineering team completed the detailed engineering and shop drawing development work.
Based on the project requirements and fabrication needs, we optimized the drawings for production accuracy, assembly efficiency, and quality compliance.
Our professional technical team ensured that all details were clearly coordinated before manufacturing began.

2. Material Procurement and Traceability Control

For this project, RH handled all material procurement according to the specified standards and quality requirements.
We implemented a strict material traceability system, ensuring that each batch of material could be tracked from purchasing, inspection, cutting, fabrication, and final delivery.
This process provided strong quality assurance and met the project’s documentation requirements.

3. Precision Fabrication and Welding Quality

The steel formwork was manufactured in our 10,000-square-meter workshop in Dongguan, equipped with advanced laser cutting machines and automated welding equipment.
During fabrication, we strictly followed the requirements of AS4100 to ensure the quality of workmanship.

One of the key requirements of this project was 100% weld inspection.
Every weld seam was carefully inspected to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
With our experienced fabrication and QC team, we maintained high precision and consistency throughout the production process.

4. Full Trial Assembly in Factory

Before shipment, all steel formwork components underwent full pre-assembly in the factory.
This step was essential to confirm the overall fit-up, connection accuracy, and dimensional consistency of the entire system.
At the same time, 100% dimensional inspection was carried out to ensure every component met the approved drawings and tolerance requirements.

This complete pre-assembly process greatly reduced potential installation issues on site and helped ensure a smoother erection process for the customer in Australia.

5. Surface Treatment and Shipment

After inspection and trial assembly were completed, the steel formwork received one coat of primer and one coat of finish paint according to project requirements.
The painting process was carried out in our dedicated workshop to enhance corrosion resistance and provide reliable protection during transportation and site use.

Once painting was finished, the products were carefully packed and loaded into containers by our team.
RH also arranged the CIF shipment to the Australian port, offering the client a convenient and efficient logistics solution.
